Help on lorry pricing please!

Hello,
Ive just started looking for a HGV lorry.

5/6 horse
Full living to inc toilet and shower.
Mechanically sound but im happy to work on living / horse areas.

I have a nice enough budget, and have seen 3 so far.
Oldest was an F reg and newest was an L reg.

Now im quite interested in the L reg, but its 6k more than the F reg i viewed and in around the same condidtion body wise.

How would you value this lorry on its description -

VOLVO F618 HGV 17T 5 STALLS NEW MOT
Spacious living with separate WC, shower. Fridge, Grill, hob. Cupboards and storage everywhere. Large Luton and pull out double bed sleeps up to 5. External tack and storage lockers, Large water tank with outside tap. Service History. Taxed, New MOT . Great lorry and reliable.

Obv its MOT is done, and it does have full service history.

Any ideas on price?
Ive had conflicting views on whether its over priced or not.

Are you aware that this will come under EU driver/tacho regs and are you up to date with those??

dont know anything about values but OH rents trucks for living (big trucks) and seems to think the Volvo isnt a bad one - thats praise from him as most stuff he says is a bag of sh**
