Take the URL (eg the web address) for the image and then put it in the middle of some [ *img] tags (without stars) so it will read [*img]http://flickr.com/whatever/whatever/image.jpg[*/img] (again taking out stars!)

When you go to post a picture in the there is a box which says "image" If you click on that then another box will come up and you just put the web address in there it it does everything for you!
