Help would be much appriciated...only certain keys are working on my keyboard, so short explanation on my situation....
Agreed to ride a horse £15 cash each time usually once a week
Went for first ride on sunday...the owner was away..so had left her mother to let me in to get tack...
Now the mother tells me she has spoken to her insurance and they have said it is all fine as long as no money changes hands and could they pay me in bales of hay... this is no good to me unfortunately..
if i were to write a contract that stated "the sum of £15 is to be paid each time the HORSE is ridden this only a gesture of good will and under no circumstances is for payment of the RIDERS skills"
or something like that ..... They are worried i will take them to court if i injur my self... i wouldnt obv as riding carries its own risks..which would be mentioned in a contract if i were to right one up...
