Help - Passport Issue

Help

I have brought a Section D Yearling and more fool me the lady i brought her off said she would send me her passport and guess what know says she has not got one !!

What do i do

Hmmmmm is the yearling microchipped? If not you could ask the vet to scan yearling,if no microchip go ahead and passport yourself???????

if you dont know the breeding your only option is to get the vet to microchip and get an ordinary passport. did the woman you bought her from breed her? do you know the name of the stallion? maybe if you asked her she would sign the forms from wpcs?
