Help! Person maybe helping with horses......

She was advertising "stable duties". Spoke to her and she said she will poo pick, muck out when needed and feed if I want.
What should I be asking her and what would be a fair rate of pay?
She doesn't want to ride at the moment though.

I think maybe three quarters hour per day weekdays?

If that is enough time to do all your chores i'd be happy to accept,i mean offer her £8.00 per day.

If its only an hour per day its wouldnt be worth her while coming. Your going to have to offer £10 per hour plus mileage to make it worth it petrol has gone up alot recently.

It's on ger way to her own horse so no time/travel issues.
I don't get that much per hour so can't pay that!
Might have to rethink then. I know someone in the village pays £15 for poo picking for 2 seven days a week.

Well, you have to think about minimum wage I guess http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/nmw/#b. So, 5.80GBP per hour is probably the absolute lowest you could expect to pay.

If she was advertising then she might have a figure in mind already though...

Well as it turned out it was a waste of time and we didn't even discuss payment! BTW Min wage + a bit would have been fine!
I think she had a better offer, she said she didn't want to poo pick but would muck out the stables anytime (horses live out apart from when it is dire like recently). We discussed all this on the phone.
Hey ho, I will just have to manage, not sure I would have trusted her to feed them anyhow.
