Help please finding a dressage prospect

I am looking for a youngster (2-3) to back and train for dressage up to advanced +. Can anyone recommend a breeder/importer from personal experience? It's really hard to know who to trust without personal knowledge. Yorks/Lancs/Cheshire/Cumbria areas!

If you have a good budget and your wanting something with serious potential I personally would go overseas and buy directly from the stud/breeder.

Sorry but can't recommend anywhere personally as have no experience but I know that's where the best youngsters would be. I know there are a few agents in this Country that would be able to assist. And having said that, the really reputable dealers in this Country probably bring some good ones back.

Forgot to mention re post about Gamblethorpe, I have had two from her, a friend has 3 that she is highly delighted with (as am I!). She has a lot of customers who keep coming back so that says it all I think.
