About to put advert in H&H for next thrusday, not advertising because I'm not telling you anything about the horse etc. but.....

I really need help I need one main picture to go in magazine and I think up to another four for online as well. Going to get a jumping photo so that's one less. So which ones, I'm going round in circles and I think it's one of those things that I've looked at it for so long I've lost any perspective on it  so... which do you think?

Or do you think I need to go and take some more :(

Quality street and celebrations for helping (I've just opened them for christmas so there are some good ones are still left! :p )

i wouldn't use no 2 (the confo pic) he looks a little down hill because his front end is slightly further away from the camera than his q's :)

Thank you, really helpful. Should I try and get another confo pic (not that easy I found out, the horse likes to follow me!)? or is the sat on, stood up one enough?

I like 10, 1 or 9 best.

Not too keen on 8 personally, it makes him look quite weak through his neck and back in my opinion and would actually put me off ringing/viewing.

i would suggest you wait a couple of weeks before advertising as you will have few prepared to travel to view over xmas and NY, jan every one is skint/or at least recovereing from overspending in dec, and tax bills are due at end of jan! local /free ads might be worth a shot but costly advertising might not be worth the effort/cost. At least by the beg of feb it is getting lighter in the eve, people are thinking about getting going again. and if people search around and see that he was advertised end of dec, and still being advertised at end of jan/feb they might not think he is as described.. hang on for a few weeks if you can!

picture 7 for me. I, too would wait until the new year until you advertise. People are often too busy at this time with family to be horse shopping. (of course, there are exceptions. )

Thanks had thought about this and decided that I might aswell advertise now and then if need be advertise again in the new year but hadn't considered people googling and being put off by already seeing him advertised. Makes good sense, I might reconsider, thanks.

I would take some more, he isnt tracking up in any of them- getting him really moving on and using his back end would make a much better shot, these pictures show me a lazy or stiff/not hugely mobile horse with a tense neck.
