Help please!

So this post is horse related but not horse related...if you get me. I have to do a 2 minute talk on something that interests me as part of my exam in english for school and the only thing i can think of is...HORSES! but am i wrong in thinking you have to be interested in horses to learn about them? I really want to make my talk fun and people listen not just switch off. does anyone have any ideas on how to make it fun for people who dont have the first clue? that think riding a horse is sitting on it and kick? LOL any suggestions greatly appreciated!

When i was at school i did a talk on horse racing.. the history and the for and against arguments... It changed the minds of many people in my class as to whether its cruel or not, and ended up with a great question and answer session after. I based it around the grand national!
