Help please?

I have been given a book published in 1960 called Hunting by Ear and it comes with a 45rpm record with all the horn blows and holloas and general hunting terms on it. It is written by Michael F. Berry and D.W.E Brock and the recordings are of the Pytchley Hunt.

I am looking to get it converted to CD but can't find anywhere to do it, anyone got any ideas where to look??
