I dont know what wrong with my horse blue atm, he has a clear runny nose, and is coffing quite a bit he is still alert and has his appatite just wanted to know whats best, and can he still be ridden, or will it cause discomfort???

Spring cough? One of mine gets it and it's a reaction to the pollen, she gets a couple easy weeks and recovers fine.
 
most likely pollen intolerance as this will not impact the pallet hence continued hunger... would def check with vet though...
 
If in doubt call the vet out,could be loads of things pollen,dust etc if horse is eating ,drinking,alert,passing urine and droppings it cant be feeling all too unwell.
If the horse is coughing badly i would not attempt to ride though.
