I am looking for some new winter boots
don't need to be ridden in just need a good sole , so I don't face plant mud!!

I have had hunter willies (didn't really like them)
I have also had the woof wear boots (black with reflective tabs) did like them but the are not very water proof above the foot

can any one recommend me any?

was thinking of muck boots, any one us this and can tell me are they good are they bad?

or any other boots you guys thing would be good very welcome :D
Ps they need to be long boots and i am a size 7 or 8 (big feet i get told ) just things to bear in mind

Whatever you do don't but the (just goes to look at the make) Saddlecraft. Got some last year from local saddlers, ticked all the boxes, very comfy, strap on leg etc. etc. didn't last at all, they split all round the sole, rang shop who said they were only guaranteed for 6 months (and I don't wear them all the time either), so learn from my mistakes!!

I have Muck Boot Derwents and I LOVE them.

They are really comfy and warm, so far my feet have been a little too warm, haven't had them long enough to say how well they last or hold up warmth wise in really cold weather though.

And apparently you can repair them as they are made from natural rubber.
