Help re sarcoptic mange!

Hi all,

Dog will be going to vet in the morning for a skin scraping, what i thought was a slight skin irritation has got worse & over weekend dog itching like mad & starting to loose patches of fur..

Spotted manky looking fox in garden this morning who was missing most of its fur so think it may be scarpotic mange

Is there anything natural I can start using today to help??

Aloe vera may soothe the skin but ivermectin is the usual treatment unless your dog is a collie type.
Be aware that humans can get scabies too.
