Help! Relocating to Newcastle!

So I've been unofficially offered a brilliant job to be based Newcastle (I currently live in Manchester), waiting for the official offer to come through but I thought I'd start planning the horsey side of things. The job is field sales, so working from home with a lot of driving, so I can be fairly flexible where I live, but Gosforth is top of my list at the moment. First thing I need (obviously!) is a yard, then recommendations for farriers, vets, physios etc will be gratefully received too.

Yard Must Haves:
*Full Livery - all jobs but no riding/grooming needed, or a DIY with reliable people who will offer full livery is fine too.
*daily turnout (at least 1/2 day in winter)
*group turnout
*arena with floodlights that is usable year round
*reasonable hacking, some roads is fine
*a couple of basic jumps
*large yard (10+ liveries)
*20mins drive from Gosforth

Yard Nice to haves:
*small group, single sex turnout
*summer overnight turnout
*near A1/road links
*excellent off road hacking
*full set of jumps
*shows on site

Move outside of Newcastle for living - way cheaper and gives you more options.

This place is not far from the A1M and A19, it's about 2 miles from my yard and we are 2 miles off the A1M Chester-le_street junction. They have fab facilities and loads going on, regular clinics and competitions:

Had my 8yo there last year for hydrotherapy after an injury and they were great with her - she's quite sharp and they were really patient getting her into the spa and pampering her.

Would suggest looking at Benridge, Plessey Equestrian and Netherton. I'm not sure about turnout/hacking but they all do full livery and have decent arenas.
Lane Farm might have people that would do full livery for you.
