Help!-Removing cut heal spray

Hi all,
I used some cut heal spray on my
mares cut, which has now healed but I cannot for the life of me get it off! I have tried shampooing it out and brushing it off when dry but it will not budge. Anyone got any suggestions please!??

If the wound has healed completely then you could try some surgical spirit

Corn oil - let it soak in and then use sugar in washing up liquid.

Thanks I'll have a go with those, it wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't applied it very liberally
