Just after some advice. Have been to see a physio who has diagnosed my left hip/shoulder to be a fair bit higher than my right. (Have had several nasty falls) She thinks because i have been like this for several yesrs i shall never become level. But will try and help to re balance me.
For those who are unlevel how does it affect your horse? my 5 year old mare has one shoulder slightly larger than the other, which corresponds with my unlevelness.

Worried i may well end up causing alot damage to my mare.

I see an osteo who I rate much higher for straightening me out than the physio I saw for a year. My pelvis was still malaligned after the physio and I was still in pain. The osteo cured my pain.

Your horse may be coincidentally squint. Mine is and was like that when I bought her. A horse chiro could give you exercises for her.

I saw ap physio with lower nack pain, who also told me i was unlevel by about an inch, gave me some work that i didnt really feel helped much, so went and saw a masseuse who gave me a remedial sports deep tissue massage, located the area and after 3 sessions the huge knotted muscle at my hip and glute was worked out, it was freakin agony and i was left bruised, but i really felt the difference and had to alter my leathers to reflect it, i no longer have lower back pain and am now level again

Sorry got it wrong - am having a sports massage and had a session of deep tissue massge.
Maybe i should see a chiro too?!

I would see how you go. If you feel an improvement stick with that but if it tails off get someone else. The physio helped me initially a little but then they gave me more and more exercises and blamed lack of progress on me. The osteo has given me easier exercises and told me all the exercising in the world wouldn't have changed the fact my pelvis was still malaligned.
