guys

I recieved a schooling voucher for helping @ T'down recently, and it expires at the end of the month.

trouble is i've been out of the country most of it, and just called to see if they'd kindly swap it for June?

NO was the big fat answer, and I thought that wasn't really nice to be honest, was polite and explained situation but who ever was on the phone was blunt, to hte point and not budging...

So - does anyone have a voucher for June they'd like to swap for May? I know it's a long shot, but please do let me know - or if you are going schooling htere this w/end - i'll send my voucher to you, in exchange for you paying the schooling round for me in June if that makes sense..

thanks...

Thats disgusting!
We have vouchers from Aston and i keep them and use them for the following year or even the year after that!

I would speak to Anne and say thats not fair personally lol

I've emailed Ann as she gave it to me explaining the 'embarassing' situation. It's not like I'm going to take the p*ss and use this one and another one. Lets hope
Ann can sort it out... Otherwise will try and go on MOnday - not ideal if i'm at a show Sunday but what ever...

That's terrible. You did help them, afterall and surely it makes no difference whether you use it this month or next. How rude

that is what I said and he said it didn't matter! that is how it was. rudeness of rudeness... makes me not want to help at events - if that is the thanks you get. not my fault I was away from the country?!

I'd write them a letter explaining your lack of appreciation of their rudeness and offer to send them a bill for your time, if they felt it was to inconvienient to change the voucher.
