Help - tack lockers - what works?

I'm having a refit but can't figure out/decide how to fit my saddles in! It's 18" into the horse area so saddles currently fit sideways, not pommel in first, and it's a terrible squeeze. I'm not very tall or strong so hoicking them in and out is really difficult

It was fine 'til we changed up from ponies and got bigger, wider saddles!

I can have any design so long as it isn't any deeper in than it is currently or longer than about 4' along the deepest section, or the horses won't fit in the back.

How do yours go? Has anyone got a swing-out saddle rack?

I hope I get more replies than I did to my Coat-X post

Not much use Im afraid but my friend has 2 pole like racks in her locker, saddles go in sidewards, pommel first and its very tight as in scratch you saddles tight. Putting 2 in is a nightmare. I have foldable saddle racks in my day living.
