Had a lesson on the hairy one today (accidentally jumped a cone when my steering at speed failed ha ha!
) and the major thing my instructor kept shouting was "point your toes in!" because they have a habit of pointing out. She says to practice circling my ankles inwards when I'm sitting on the couch or in bed as that will help supple them up but was wondering if you had any other pointers to give my pointers?
