i am new to this and not sure if i am doing this right, please look on the link above and the state these lovely horses are been kept in, rspca have been out numerous times and seem to find this acceptable. please report it and help us get something done. thank you in advance

shocking conditions they are being kept in, do you know much about the owners? (dont name them on here or the thread will be removed). I dont think the rspca will be much help as the horses are not starving..
