Help! Think my boy has a sarcoid

Found what looks like a single sarcoid on my boys sheath a couple of days ago, didn't touch it. A friend tonight was having a look and she tried to pick it off to see if it was just a scab. It bled a little. Looked on internet tonight and it says that any trauma to the sarcoid can make them grow and multiply. Now I'm petrified that this will happen. Anybody got any experiences with sarcoids? Really worried.

My girl has a few sarcoids and I'm just waiting for liverpool cream to arrive then the vet can treat them.
I would totally leave it alone (no picking!!) and get the vet out sharpish to take a look. Something not to be messed about with. I wouldn't use any of the creams etc you can buy on the internet as if it doesn't work for you, then the sarcoid can wind up much worse and with less chance of sucessful treatment second time around - simply not worth the risk imo.
