*HELP !! Upto 7.5 tonne Horsebox wanted ... Looked Everywhere - Nothing Suitable :( *

Hi everyone

Im desperately looking for a horsebox upto 7.5 tonne as I need to be able to drive it myself on my car licence (can't rely on dad all the time!) I have literally looked everywhere I can think of & can't seem to find anything suitable.

Considering my lad is 17.1hh the one's that have caught my eye either won't fit him in, are stupidly priced for what they are or are in fact 7.5 tonne and over so I wouldnt be able to drive it myself

Im looking to spend upto about £4/4500 tops. I don't mind if I need to do some work to it as my uncle loves DIY & would be able to repair any minor damage to it as well as any interior issues in a cab etc.

Ive looked on the majority of second hand website including horse sale website which sell horseboxes :/ I am looking everyday & have had no luck.
Does anybody know of anyone selling one which isn't advertised maybe? Or even one I may have missed

You need a hgv licence or a pre 1997 licence to drive over 3.5 ton !!!! oh and as for where to look maybe ebay but go and look before you hit that button good luck with your search

As per other OP I am slightly confused on what licence you have!!
But good luck in a 3.5Ton with headroom for a 17:1hh, I have looked previously and gave up - stuck with a 4X4 and trailer ( although I am now looking for a 7.5 Ton - anyone looking for a 4X4??? )
