Help. Urgent bute question

Super quick question. Horse had painkilking and-inflammatory jab this morning and I can't remember if he said to feed danilon in feed tonight or start the danilon in the morning. She's quite sore and i want to give her danilon tonight but I'm sure he said start in the morning.
Super quick as I'm just about to feed.

Normally when they have had a jab it covers 24h

It would normally be the next morning, as the stuff they inject is long acting. If she's still in pain, I@d be inclined to call the vet and ask for advice

I've always been told to give first dose the day after the jab but it sounds like she might need a bit more attention?
