Help urgent!

i have a 20yr old horse she has got a arthritic pelvis witch is causing her real muscle tenision in her stifles and she has been lame for the last week i have put her on devils claw has any one had a good sucess with this herb or is it a waste of time?x

Not a horse, but we did put our old lab on Devils Claw and it made a huge difference to him

It seemed to give a good turn on with him in a short space of time so I hope it helps your mare

Have never used devils claw but put my lad on Maxaflex and saw a big improvement within a week. He is 30 and has arthritis in his hocks.

how long did you notice the difference after you put your animals on devils claw? Any more help from any one would great thanks!xx

I used it for about 2 years on my mare. took a week or 2 to get in to her system. I thought it helped.

My boy has very stiff hocks.... and devils claw has done alot of good! He was on cortaflex before we switched, and it is just as good if not better! He is really supple now and dont get swelling anymore! it can make them fizzy... i learnt this the hard way

but it is ace

She sounds like she needs medicating - I'd put her on danillon personally to quickly and affectively relieve her discomfort.

i have just put her on dailion and forever freedom witch is ajoint supplement inriched in aloe vera!!

Well done. I think that 'natural' remedies have their place. However sometimes instant medication is needed - and when the horse is 20 you've got to think in terms of quality of life, rather than the quantity (given the concerns that people do have on long term 'bute' use......).
