HELP - User error on forum

I don't know what i've done???
I clicked something somewhere and now the font size on the forum is massive and I can't get it back.
I've tried everything, clearly not the obvious - can anyone help? i'm clearly having a blonde day (and yes i'm blonde)
 
In the bottom right hand corner, make sure the % thingy is 100

Else it'll be heruuuge!

thanks Shazzababs - I would never have resolved it without your help!
Just can't fathom out how I did it in the first place??? although my new kitten was lying at that side of my laptop when it happened, but I thought he was a bit further up than the 'ctrl' key (he likes the hot air coming out of the fan)
