Help! What saddle shall I buy!?

I'm looking for a GP/jumping saddle for my flat-backed mare with no withers! Budget £350.

I've always been a real leather person and wouldn't touch synthetics but i've been looking at some wintecs and thorogoods today which don't actually look too bad... what are your opinions on these and which would suit my mare most, she is a wide/x wide warmblood x welsh, 15.2hh.

Or, should i just stick to leather? Help i can't decide!

What stock does your saddle fitter carry that is within your budget? I'd be guided by what you can get to fit her.
