*HELP* Where to buy Flax Bedding???

I've been using flax bedding for my horses for at least the past two years and I love it. Having tried nearly every other type of bedding. One of my horses is extremely messy. I was using 3 bales of shavings a week in his bed and now I only use 1 bale of flax every 10-14 days. My other lad eats bedding, even shavings.

Lately I'm having trouble getting hold of it. I've rung the manufacturers, who have given me numbers of local stockists but all of them seem to have stopped selling it.

I can't afford to buy it by the pallet load from the manufacturers.

Does anyone know of a feedstore etc in the northwest who sells it??

We're changing onto flax bedding next week. Umm not sure where YO got it from, but obv buying in bulk is easier... sorry!

i use aubiose and i love it, £10 per bale but i only use 1 every 7 - 10 days . maybe try it see if you like it , maybe be able to buy it near you

I have tried aubiose and hemcore which is what I'm on at the moment due to lack of flax and it's not as good as the flax. It is absorbant and if I hadn't had the flax I would probably be quite happy to stay on it.
