Not had any interest in my ad, and was thinking about re-advertising her as a Hunter/Team Chaser as it would be a job she would love. So, want some advice as to where is best to advertise? I just want to make sure she goes to a nice home where she will be doing a job she enjoys. Will include tack/rugs and negotiable on price to right home.

And how is best to word the ad?

This is my unsuccessful one!

16.h.h mare chestnut 9yrs Bred to Jump.Sire Vitual Village Randi, Dam Lady Pop Full Pink papers. 100% box shoe clip. B.S.J.A. winnings £150.Very careful.Fantastic paces. Needs experienced rider to fulfil potential. Has hunted/BJSA/TREC/ODE Not a novice ride. No timewasters.

I would say the reason for sale, what classes she has DC's in. What other things she has done, who she has hunted with. That tack us included. On horsemart you can right as much as you like. State what her temperament is like

I wouldn't use the word 'potential' in an ad for a 9 year old, at 9 she should be out and doing stuff (which she is!). I would emphasise more what she has done. You have done some dressage comps as well haven't you? Put those in. Put info in on her temperment *she is a chestnut mare so this will be putting people off - rightly or wrongly!

16hh pink-papered Hannovarian mare. Bred to jump - sire Virtual Village Randi, dam Lady Pop, currently jumping *insert classes/height* with £150 BSJA winnings, very careful and scopey. Excellent flatwork with fantastic paces, has competed *insert class* dressage and insert any placings/always placed*. Has hunted, done ODEs, TREC and hacks alone and in company. Excellent to clip, shoe and box. Easy to do in every way and a pleasure to own. Sad sale due to *insert reason*. All tack included, £5000.

She sounds fab, I wish I had £5k!

Have I missed something with all these 404 errors? I didn't know you were selling May? Why? Sorry for all these questions

Dr Spring wording is good IMO.
