help with advert please

i am selling my horse and i am sooo not good at doing adverts wondered if anyone could help me write one please ill put all points down - but i never no what order to put them in

15.2 gry arab 12yrs old
sire mehdar dam vareta
good shoe box clip catch
done xc sj dressage hunter trials hunting jumps 1m20
traffic nervous of lorries just freezes
lives out in summer stabled in winter
novice ride in school
any thing else its stressing and upsetting me

15.2hh grey 12 yr old arab (gelding, mare?) by Mehdar. Excellent to shoe, load, catch and clip. Has (successfully?)competed xc, dressage and sj up to 1.20.

Competition record?

What's he/she like to hack - alone and in company? (other than the lorries thing) The 'suitable for novice in school'bit would make me think it isn't nice to hack out, but Im naturally suspicious!!

always placed in sj and came 3rd in hunter trials competeed succesfully with previous owner in dressage always in top 5 in sj
