Help with converting cm to feet!

I'm still used to the old foot system, and was looking at sj classes that are in cm.
What would a 90-95cm class be in feet?

3 ft -ish.

3ft ish OR (if you want to be really exact) 2'11.4" and 3'1.4"

I always use the rough guides that 1 metre is 3ft 3" and 1 inch is 2.5 cm & work everything else out from there!

Personally inches/feet are meaningless, but then again, I am an engineer and we converted 20 years before everyone else!

Inches/feet are definitely meaningless if 1cm = 2 1/2 inches!!!

For me, everything horsey is still converted back to feet for jumping & hands for heights. It's hard to get out of the old habits when you've been brought up on it for 20 years.

Gosh if this were true then 90cm would be about 7foot

I just get a bit confused because I do a lot of unnafiliated sj, and they mostly seem to use feet for that!
I'll try and get used to cm now.
