Help with dressage %!!! i think i've been cheated!

ok i dont want to sound like a sore loser because i'm not at all!!! but at the dressage on sat i came 4th which i was really pleased with, i have just been comparing this to old dressage test sheets and noticed the % doesnt seem right... ok the complicated bit (for me anyway)

i got 157 which they have put down as 65.42%

here are some marks from previous tests
144 - 65.45%

142 - 64.55%
154 - 70%!!!!

ok so i am totally thick with maths and cant work this out so any help would be greatly appriciated!!

-Were all the tests out of the same total marks ??
 
It depends what the total score available is at the bottom of your sheet. You need to do 157 divided by the bottom score and that will give you your percentage.

thats one thing i will try to remember!
 
(your mark / total mark ) x 100
Look right to me if out of 220?
ETS just seem the 157 is out of 240, so that is right too!
 
I always check my test sheets before I leave - remember those all important double marks. To work our your percentage:

marks scored divided by total scored x 100 = %
144 220 x 100 = 65.45

Just remember that the total score can vary from test to test
