Help With Getting Correct Outline

Any help appreciated please....have just taken on a horse that has been on loan to an Equine College for the last year and goes around with her nose in the air like a giraffe having a good nose around at everything in walk and trot, you take her into canter and she forms this beautiful rounded shape, I know she has done alot of jumping so probably because of this. She is 15 and previously well schooled so any tips appreciated, instructor has advised long reining long and low. Thanks.

I'd go with your instructor, long and low, get her moving, using herself and travelling nicely, once she is doing this you can start asking for her to come on down and seek that contact.
