Bit of a rant and looking for some help too if poss.
Mum kindly bought me a gift card for Horse and country TV everywhere, so I can watch it on my tablet or laptop (cant get sky here).
The process seemed to go OK and she got an email confirmation with the card code on it.
I took a note of it and today tried to redeem it online and it says its invalid.
Used their "message us" link to email the order number etc and details but have had no response after 3 days.
Tried to email them normally but all of the address on their website are blocked to stop spam!!! A message comes up telling me " to enable javascript" in order to decrypt the email address??WTF!! I don't even know what this is?
Tried calling them and phone just rings out....
Has Mum been conned out of £43???
Does anyone have an email for them that works?
