When i bought my cob as a 5year old i dont think he had been lunged much. At the start he wouldnt listen, and just spent the whole time galloping away from me and he is very strong! (he even pulled over my antie who is very experianced!!) now after two years he is better, but he moves close in to me at some area of the circle as he has learnt that this will mean that i have to move and he will get to go to the top of the school. He also now spends most of the time in trot as he finds it hard to undderstand what he has to do ( i think). He has started listening abit, but still doesnt really understand it all. I dont lunge much because its to much hassel, oh and if i use a lunging stick this makes him go faster!
Any advice on how to improve him would be helpful. thanks!
