Help with mucking out - South Wales - ideas?

Hi,

I need to start looking for someone to help with doing the stables for my three horses this winter (Monday to Friday).

Any ideas for where I might look? I am not an "employer" so don't have any experience of this kind of thing but thought I might find someone who just wants to earn a little extra money to fund their own horses?

Oops forgot to say that it is just mucking out, hay, water and sweeping the yard. I turn out and bring in so my "helper" could come anytime during the day that suits them.
