Help with my stables!

I will hopefully soon be moving house, to a house with a small style american barn. The barn has a sliding door on either end of the barn, one door goes out into the fields and at the other side the door goes into our yard.

What I'm going to do is put loose boxes in half the barn at the side near the yard which is no problem as i will just buy them from a company. However, the other half i want to have as a shelter for my horses from the field so ill leave the doors open and they can wander in and out when they like ( Ill keep there water and haulage bail in there along with a large straw bed covering one side).

But my problem is i have no idea how to partition the two sides, I only want the partition between the two to be like five ft tall so the horses can still look over, Im sure i can get a company to design and make me a part ion but I'm thinking it would be expensive, does anyone have or no anyone with a set up similar and what do they use? I need it to not be permanent so it can be taken down and moved :)

Sorry its not clear what you want to partition! Do you want to stop horses entering the stable section of the barn if so slip rails might do the job for you.
 
Sorry if I didn't make it clear! I want to basically cut my barn in half, so half I can put stables up in and the other half I want to have I completely open so the horses can use it as a shelter! So I need a partition that cuts the barn in half, it needs to be removable like loose boxes are they just drill in the floor but can be removed! Something along the lines of that but I only want it about 5ft tall :)
 
Thanks! I did think of a using a five bar gates that you can connect together like they use for sheep but no way would it keep my horse out of the other half as she's a big girl!
