My boy's Passport is registered in my mum's name as I was only 14 when we bought him. I am now 22 and pay for him all myself, etc and would like him to be registered in my name. Do I have to apply for a change of Ownership and send off Passport? I am registered with the Horse Passport Agency if that makes any difference.
