help with photo please as my cat is missing

Can anyone with Photoshop skills adjust the following photo to remove all the xmas paper around our cat. He's been missing for a few days now and I need to get some posters up & this is the only photo I can find - my computer kindly lost most of my photos a couple of months ago.

No photoshop skills but hope you find him

you can copy and paste it into Paint. use the tool next to the star shap which is a rectangle with dashes. higlight the area you want and then right click and press copy. You can paste it into the document you want.

Errr, what's paint?

Do you have microsoft, its a comp program. Go to start, all programs, accessories and the paint. If you can't find it its worth searching for it using the search thingy
