Hey, i have a photo of my horse and it is 3.90 MB and i need it to be 2MB. It is not for on here but i need it to be 2 MB. How do i do this?

umm, im not sure lol! its a dell laptop and we have windows, i dont know if that helps im terrible with computers x

Hmm... Maybe open up the image and have a looksee around the menu bar, and see if you can 'reduce' or 'export' it...
