Help with profile

Hey! Looking forward to becoming more active on here... but I am having issues with changing my profile picture/updating profile info etc. I can't seem to find where to do that. It does say, in a red box, 'Your full account details are not currently editable', on my account details page, but I don't understand why as I have verified my email address. It's been a few days now and nothing has changed. Any ideas? Or maybe I'm just being dumb... Thanks!
