Help with settings on HHO

Can someone tell me how to get the visitor message box up on my profile ?? and also how come some people have lots of names on there profile showing you who has looked at your page, ive had 53 people look but only 4 names are showing? any help will be good thanks

Also ive just been reading and on the FAQ it says somethig about a social group ive looked and cannot see anything where do i find it.
