I'm at the end of my tether!!!

My little darling has decided he doesn't like his field anymore and it will be more fun to jump out (leaving behind his best mate) and pop and see his friends in the field next door but one. Any advice gratefully received. I have tried Electric fencing in the past but said best friend a little shetland thinks it's a great game to see how many time he can get caught in electric fencing and he shock doesn't bother him. Current fencing is 4' post and rail and little darling is wearing his fly mask and rug when he jumps. (He does jump it quite well and I wish I had the guts to Show Jump him to that height!)

Only thing I could think of is either to make the fence higher/wider by building it up so it'd be less easy to jump - or make it less /inviting/ by putting something above it - something like a banner? That'll wave about and will probably make your horse stop and think twice about jumping it! Then the only issue is if he does jump and gets caught up...?
I'm sure I've seen something similar done in the past anyway and it worked!
