Help ???

We are thinking of buyin a horse lorry tht can carry 3 horses... but has been used recently for carrying vehicles including a landrover, so has a winch inside, which is bolted to the floor nearest the wall with the accomidation, would it be okay to travel a horse next to the winch (its only small) or will we have to move the horse to the next partition, if we do do tht would it be okay for her to travel like this because of the whole weight distribution thing..? sorry for so many questions :/

i'd definitely put a partition between the horse and the winch, doubt the weight distribution would be a problem, i've travelled horse in rear partition of a 3 horse without a problem.

Have you any pictures showing this? Might be easier to get a better idea of it. I think if it is in a position where your horse could bang his/her legs on it if they stumbled, then I would either put them a partition away. Or remove the winch and flog it on ebay xx
