Buy a few packets of dried liver, if you start her off on an extendable lead, give her one call(when she's a few metres away) and when she comes give her a piece of the liver, do that a couple of times, then let her off, don't let her go too far but don't keep nagging at her else she'll go 'deaf' (JRT's are especially good at that!)call her back and give her another piece. Remember to praise, alot of people tell dogs off when they are naughty but forget the importance of praising them when they are good, they must be praised to know the difference between good and bad.
JRT's are natural wanderers but I hope this works for you, if she doesn't like liver use bacon rind or chicken skin or whatever you have that a JRT thinks is yummy!
Umm, mine like carrot and apple but I don't think its tempting enough. Does she like doggy chocolate drops? Dried liver feels really hard like rubber, if you don't like the idea of touching liver it really doesn't feel or look like liver as you might know it with bacon and onion gravy! (just don't smell it though!
bake the liver in the oven on a very low temp till it dries out. unless the food is ultra yummy he aint gonna work for it. im a veggie too, your dog on the other hand is not

Ditto that. You can buy packets of dried liver if you don't like the idea of handling raw liver.
