I had my ponies wolf teeth removed last year and because of mistakes made by the vet he had to go in to the vets and be operated on. The vets agreed for my account to be cleared as away of saying sorry.
Then a few months later I begain to get phone calls and letters saying I had to pay, I remand them of what there said and said sorry.
Last week there went to were I use to work and keep my ponies and got my old boss to pay and now I have to pay them back.
I don't know what to do as I feel the vets have acted improfession

Make an appointment to meet with a senior partner in the practice and go in person to speak to him/her about the problem. You should be polite and calm with them at all times. However, if they are unsympathetic then I would threaten them with legal action over (a) the original botch up on the treatment your pony received and (b) harrassing you for payment of a bill that they had agreed to waive and demand that they reimburse your old boss immediately. I would advise you to take an older person with you if you are underage (sorry - don't know how old you are).
You could also threaten to report them to their professional body (Royal Ciollege of Veterinary Surgeons - I think) for incompetence.

What do you have I'm writing from the vets relating to this agreement? And why on earth did your old boss pay the bill, it has nothing to do with them?

Most odd.

I did not have anything in writing as I had been with them for a few years took there word (big mistake). My boss thought I was being very rude in not paying and it looked bad on her, I do have a number of witness to the conversation and what was done to the pony.
I have talked to the vets and there have said the bill has been payed and the matter is closed, and there hope that I have no trouble in finding a new vets.
Because of this the only vets that will take me on are 30 miles away as I have been make as a bad payer, I have always payed my bill that day and in all my years have never had any trouble with any vets till now.
I only changed vets dur to them being the yard vets and I did not have to pay call out or box up and ever one at the yard always spoke highly of them

Yes. There sedated him and give him so much he what down, got him back on his feet and then there used a horse size gag on on a 11.3 hh because there had forgot to bring the pony one but there brought pony tools to remove them but his wolf teeth were to big after a hour of trying to remove them and his mouth pouring off bloody and me telling them to stop there give him. His mouth was the size of a foot ball he could not stand with out help and there give me no pain killers there said he would not need them.
He could not be left on his own and it took over 24hrs for the section to wear off.
When he went into the vets there had a look and said there was no way his woolf teeth could have been removed with out a surger. He has so much damage don't to mouth it took over 2 months before a bit could be put in his mouth again and for about 6 months his mouth would bleed if to much pressure was put on to his mouth.
My durghter has had to learner to ride in a hole new way and we are unsure if we can hunt him this year as in the past he would have to have a Pelham in as he is very strong on the hunt field.
