I am looking to buy my first horse, I have loaned many in the past and i’m looking for one to take me affiliated. I have found a horse perfect for me except she has stringhalt. She’s a 14.3hh 14 year old mare who’s competed up to 1.10, so she will be able to take me up the levels. What is everyone’s opinions on her stringhalt? My riding teacher said it won’t be a problem, however she does lift her leg up quite high so i would say it’s a moderate case. Is it worth buying her?
