Well we went and we survived, it was rather exciting for him at first and after half an hour of warming up with lots of spooks and sideways, but no real naughtiness, he went in the arena and just went beautifully. I came out with a huge grin on my face! It was a big class so I didn;t expect to get anywhere but was thrilled to score 70% and get 4th place.

There are also some professional pics if you want to help me pick some to buy,
go to http://www.digitaldressage.co.uk/ and look for Gallary 14 Woodington Dressage 2 Sept, Prelim 18 batch 2, we are photos 19-38.

Well done, you must be so chuffed! He looks absolutely fab.

It's incredibly pleasing when something you've bred turns out as you hoped, we were as delighted yesterday with Jacques lowly 6th place as anything else we have ever won, and to win a W Hunter Championship and get placed at an ODE within a week is a real thrill.
I know you must be so proud of him, and can't wait to get him out and about.
It's an ordeal for the babies until they get used to it all, luckily J stands quietly all day watching all around, unlike Chocx yesterday who danced like a flea at one point.
That's a good score, you beat us by one mark, (J got 69%) but I'll forgive you , it just shows we can both breed nice trainable horses doesn't it!
