Herbies first outing under saddle

Was a dressage training event, a bit like clear round show jumping! You ride a test or your choice and then chat to the judge. It is run by a listed dressage judge so a great event for a babies first outing. The judge loved Herbie, said he had nice active paces, he even scored an 8, but scored 62.4% overall. I was so pleased as he was just so well behaved, just a bit wobbly and distracted by everything.

Yes it was, with Heather marking and she really liked him commenting on his nice paces and great attitude!

We are booked in to do our first real competition there in 2 weeks time
