Here comes the thunder!

Pointless post really, but I am sitting here on the 8th floor of an office block in Birmingham City Centre gazing out of the window and I've just seen a massive streak of lightning and heard a big clap of thunder and its lovely being inside, in the warm and dry and looking out on the city and the free light and sound display. As a bonus I only have another 34 minutes until I finish work and then I am free to go and see my lovely horse and ride (if its not thundering and lightning by me that is)!!

Oh...I love thunder and lightening.....still dry here but I fear the rain is looming...was gonna do horsey stuff tonight as well.....bummer

Raining and thundering in herts too at the moment- just ran down horse field to get her in but she didn't look so impressed with me and was happily grazing away until i dragged her to the stable!

Yep, in Herts as well and just had a massive clap of thunder which actually made me jump. I'm nice and warm in an office but neddy is out and will have to put his brolly up.

Just arriving here in Staffs, we're 60 miles north of Birmingham so it's been keeping to the speed limit

None yet in coventry and we're only up the road from Brum, i wanted to ride tonight too but my lad hates thunder, he literally shakes so thats off the cards! extra calmer in the dinner tonight then!!

Lots and lots of rain, but no thunder and lightning yet here... It waited until we got out to the jump paddock for the heavens to open of course!
