Does anyone know or can anyone point me in the right direction of somewhere to look, how to work out how long an area would need to be if travelling 2 max 14.2 (6ft rug wearers) herringbone, if width was 7ft ?
Thanks :)

i would think 7ft would be only just enough and about 33" wide can you angle the partitions ?....

sorry to be thick, do you mean 7ft width too narrow to do herringbone at all?

Basically looking at having a box made and was considering herringbone but would only be a 7ft wide box rather than 8ft.

It depends on how long your horse area is the more length the more you can angle the partitions to give a longer stall area, is it a small lorry less than 7.5 ton.. if you are going for two stalls perhaps a side ramp is a good idea? then plenty of width and you could have 8ft plus stall length...
