Of late late, if my boy isn't injuring him self being an attention seeking petulant child, shaking his head for no reason causing me worry, pulling me or any of his helpers around the yard then he is carting his new jockey around the menage without any respect.....

However last night for his daily evening exercise (he is 24/7) I let him loose in the school - he just stood there. I pulled him by the head collar to the far side - let him go and he casually walked back to the gate.

So I started jogging around to encourage him (no rope).... Before long he was trotting and cantering - head high tail up and we were running around playing tag - I was generally "on"!!

As I sprinted he put his head down with the odd buck thrown in and as I stopped so did he .

He continued to "chase me" and run with me until after 15 mins I nearly had a heart attack.

Was lovely running with him and him speeding/stopping without any aids as shows he does think of me as one of his horsey mate (in my mind!)

Was the best fun I have have in ages with or with out horses and if any one out side the indoor menage could here me laughing the would assume a drunk mad woman was on the loose

I love my pony!
